Mr. Levent Alatli graduated from Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering (1982) and Marmara University Contemporary Business Management (1989).

During 1983-1998, he worked as Project Engineer, Process Engineering Chief, Investment Engineering Manager, Production Engineering Manager and finally Room Air-Conditioners Plant Manager in Arçelik (Beko) Home Appliance Company.

During 1998-2001, he worked as the General Manager of HSK Havalandirma Sogutma Klima company which is a Ventilation Cooling and Air Conditioning company.

Mr. Alatli established 100% foreign capital Elco Klima Ltd and served as the General Manager & Director during 2001-2007. Elco Klima was the sister company and the distributor of Electra, Airwell and Wesper branded Split Air-Conditioners, Roof Tops, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Cooling Towers, Chillers, etc.

During 2007-2019, he worked as the General Manager of Koza Yonetim which is one of the leading FM companies of Turkey. In 2014, he won the European Commission International Innovation Award.

He was also a visiting lecturer for Building and Site Management course at Kadir Has University during 2011-2014.

During 2017 to 2019, he is the founder and first Chair of the Turkish Facility Management Association, TRFMA.

Mr. Levent Alatli is also a Board Member and Business Chair of EuroFM, European Facility Management Network during 2021 and 2024.

He is the member of the International Facility Management Association, IFMA and a member of the FM Consultants Council of IFMA since 2020.

Mr. Alatli is also the member of ISO/TC267 FM Technical Committee, CEN/TC348 FM Technical Committee, and TSE/MTC183 Mirror Technical Committee.

He is a former Board Member of İSKİD (Turkish Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Manufacturers Association), ISKAV (Turkish Heating, Refrigerating, Air-Conditioning Research, and Education Foundation) and TTMD (Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers) Mr. Alatli is engaged in management, auditing, research, training and consultancy on Real Estate and Facility Management.
